Madame Wellington Koo (顾维钧夫人), originally named Oei Hui-Lan (黄蕙兰).
She was officially voted the best dressed Chinese Lady of 1920-40's by VOUGE magazine. She was the daughter of the richest man of South East Asia back then, who was also easily one of the richest man on earth then too. A Sugar King.
Her husband Wellington Koo was famous diplomat of the time in China.
She rivals Madame Chiang Kai Shek for the best dressed lady in China back then. She won.
