New D90 Nikkor 35mm f1.8 G

I sold my Canon 400D + Tamron 17-50 f2.8 and 70-300mm on 14 Sep 2009. I am a bit sad though. I wish them having a good life with the new guy.

As you can see, I updated to Nikon D90, Nikkor 35mm f1.8 G

The next two images shows the first HDR I made from D90; and of course one of the first photo I took with D90.

Finally I am with the mid-level pro photographic gears. Not that my photographic skill updated. But, Wow! what a great leap in the technological possibilities it permits. f1.8, bokehs, auto ISO, live view, usable 3200, amazing AF, legendary metering, Auto Dynamic Range Adjustment, Unbelievably good in camera retouching... etc.

As I have mentioned before, I ordered the Tokina 12-24mm (this time for Nikon mount of course). The older better built quality version. The older version is identical in IQ, but no in-lens AF motor. I don't need that, because I am using D90. D90 will AF this Tokina lens using its AF motor inside D90. So I got the same IQ, but better built quality.
